On Your First Day

Bringing your child to daycare on their first day can be a nerve-racking experience.  We are here to make your first day as easy as possible.

Below are some things you will need on your child’s first day.  Having these things in advance will make your arrival smooth and effortless.  We find this allows you to focus on your child’s feelings and not on paperwork and details.

• All NYS Daycare forms (click here to download forms)
• Your child’s current immunizations and physicals
• The child care contract
• NYS Registration Form
• Medication consent forms (if applicable)
